The mattress was delivered and removed from the packaging which says takes 3-5 hours to fully expand but you can sleep on it immediately. I also combine back and side sleeping so needed something for this. I have lower back problems and need a firm mattress support. We also have an OTTY hybrid which is really good but way more expensive than the Nectar mattress. I have been needing a new mattress for months.

We simply wanted to exchange this mattress which is 100% faulty for a full foam again. There is no point in offering a life time warranty if your customers arent able to use it. I previoulsy tried to return but after several emails and being pressured into taking a discount, we ended up keeping the mattress. Ive never had this issue with any other foam mattress, so i only assumed it was something to do with it being Hybrid. Im sorry but it is impossible to sleep well on this mattress, i roll towards my partner, who is stuck in this crater all night, with an increasingly sore back. He told me this crater was 'settlement' and normal. After cancelling on two occasions, after 2 months wait homeserve finally accessed today and deemed a no claim.
I complained to Nectar who sent homeserve to access. A few months later there is what i can only describe as a crater on my partners side (he's is not a large man, 80kg, and myself 64kg). We bought a Hybrid Mattress back in April after finding the foam too hot, although relatively comfy. Would not recommend to anyone else, unless they change their delivery company. However, I was told the best I would get was a £35 'goodwill' payment, which quite frankly is a kick in the teeth. I then contacted the Nectar support team - who claim to have a policy of 100% satisfaction or your money back. As someone with severe epilepsy who isn't meant to do this sort of thing, which I explained to the drivers, this is shameful.
The box broke halfway up the stairs as it is meant to be carried by two people. I then had to lug the mattress myself along the side of the road and up 4 flights of stairs in my building. Even though I explained I have a disability and live alone, they just left me at the side of the road around the corner from my apartment block.

The drivers then turned abusive, told be they wouldn't wait, called me all manner of foul-mothed names, and told me that I either take the mattress at the side of the road, or I wouldn't get it. This meant I had to arrange last minute access to the service entrance (which costs a fee). However, when they arrived, it turned out they were in a lorry, so couldn't get in. When the delivery drivers initially called, they said they were in a small enough vehicle to access the main car park of my building, so didn't need me to arrange access to the service entrance. Although the quality of the mattress itself is great, the service regarding delivery was nothing short if disgraceful.
